how do I get the graphic with the logo in the header all the way to the left.

Second question, where can I use a different logo for the smartphone?

Hello,

1) At the moment I can see that you are using a Stack | Center header. Please, use the Stack | Left instead.

2) You can set different logo for mobile display in Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> General.
