update version 17.3 to last 25

I have a page that has betheme 17.3 and the option to update automatically doesn't appear, I believe it's because the previous company that took care of the client's website didn't have an original license. I purchased the original license, but I need to know how to install it safely without losing the customer's data, I'm waiting for feedback. thanks

Hello,

You will not lose anything after the update because all things like pages, posts, menus, etc., are stored in the database. So the only situation when you could lose anything will be if you modify your database.

However, version 17.3 is an old one, so I recommend creating a backup of your website with the Duplicator plugin if anything will not look like expected after the update.

Moreover, the theme does not have automatic updates, and it needs to be updated manually through Dashboard -> Updates.

If, after an update, you will notice any problems, please, let me know so I will tell you how to eliminate them.
