Cannot install the theme

I bought betheme a few days ago but when I try to install it on wordpress I get an error message "the link you followed has expired".

PHP limits have been extended to the maximum (128M). PHP version is 7.2.18. It's UBUNTU server with Apache on it.

Could you please help me with that?

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
