new activation key needed

Hello,
i am an beginner in wordpress and bought the "Be Theme" with the visual composer.
My first wordpress instalation doesn't work well and i delete it from the server.
Now i installed a new wordpress installation and activate the be theme, i think, my license is marked for the first instalation, because every time i try to activate, it´s not possible.
I hope you can give me a new key.

what are you trying to activate? Because license key is unnecessary to activate theme.

Under Plugins I see it wants me to update the (WPBakery Visual Composer)... I get (There is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer available. View version 4.5.3 details. Download new version from CodeCanyon.)

Do we have to buy this? When I go to update it wants us to put in the (Visual Composer License Key) where do we get this?
