Basic WooCoomerce has only Redirect to cart page option, which can be enabled in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products.
For redirecting to the checkout page, you would have to use some third-party plugins or modify the files, but I cannot recommend any plugins except the ones we support, nor do we help with the file customization, and in that case, you should contact your web developer.

Do you mean the button under the single products, in the top bar, or others?

Hi, for my woocommerce shop. İ have "add to basket" button. But i want to also "buy now" button for directly sent costumer to paying screen.
