Minimize the size of "quote text"

i want to minimize the size of "quote text". it let me change it color and everything. but do not let it minimize. can you tell my how can i make a quote text like in the middle of my article. thanks :((

Hello,

By "minimize" do you mean that you want to decrease the font size?

You can achieve that by writing a CSS code and placing it in the Custom CSS section placed in the theme options.

However, instead of using Gutenberg, I suggest the Muffin Builder as it is a more customizable and powerful tool than a basic WP builder.
