Header Bulder Issues

I cannot seem to get the Custom Header Builder to work. The plugin is active but the header section in the Theme Options still shows the standard header options with no way to customize.

Any ideas?

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins except Header Builder, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you are using a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
