Animated Parts on Webpage

Hi Guys

Pls check this site.

If you scroll through the page you see animated parts.

For example on the left side there is something with a stroke and a circle that is animated when you see it.
Also when I hover over the people there is like a chat bubble with moving "...".

Can you help me how this can be done with betheme.

Hello,

1) For that, you can use the image element with a gif.

2) To achieve that, you can use the hover box element.
