Error while Updating the old BeTheme
On the page https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ I tried to manage the purchase code I received by email from you - the code is not recognized with my username (Moonlightsailor).
The folowing Error ocures: The purchase code has not been used to register BeTheme or the username does not match the purchase code.
How do I assign the corresponding website (unterwasser-fotoshooting.eu) to the purchase code?

Hello,
API Tool is for deregistering licenses only. So this message appears because this license key is not used anywhere yet.
You can register the license key only through Betheme -> Dashboard in your website's WordPress panel.

In your instructions it says that I should register the theme in the dashboard - I cannot find any way to register the theme with the newly payed purchase code there. The dashboard says that the theme is already registered.
But when the Purchase Code is not the Problem - why does the following error appear when trying updating the BeTheme installed since 2018 from version 20.8.2 to the current version 25.1.8?
"An error occurred while updating Betheme: the package could not be installed. The package does not contain any files."
I only buyed the new Purchase codes to update from the old Version 20.8.2 to the current version 25.1.8.
