Not allowed to access this page

Hey there!

I installed the theme, registered it, and when I went to install one of the plugins for a pre-built site it takes me to a page that says I'm not allowed to access the page.

Suggestions?

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you are using a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
