We prepared our site on a domain and moved to the main domain. We request you to update our licensed domain name.

How can we forward our valid domain name to you?

You do not have to forward to us anything. 🙂

A license can be easily de-registered under the Betheme > Dashboard section. All you have to do is click on Deregister Theme button on your old domain, and register it in your new one.

We are using the theme on the same wordpress. We have forwarded a new one to our old domain.

I deregistered the license but it says it is being used.

We do not have a chance to delete it from the other site, because such a site no longer exists.
