Deregister License Code

Hi

I try to deregister the license code on the following link:

http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

I can see my licenses. But if I try the link "deregister" nothing does happen?

At the moment I have two licenses for the betheme.

one for the domain www.drohnenpilot-dienstleistungen.ch which works fine.

one for the domain kleine-insel.ch.185-117-169-113.srv07.webpreview.ch which does not work well!

This is the wrong domain. It should be the domain www.kleine-insel.ch

How can I change this?

Is it possible that you can deregister the license for the domain kleine-insel.ch.185-117-169-113.srv07.webpreview.ch ?

of course i will never send a wordpress dashboard link access to someone else!

There sould be another way to solve the problem!

But I have send the license key

We need to check what is happening on your website and with your license key.

Notice that you can create a temporary user with admin rights, which you will delete after solving this issue.
