Is it possible to set auto-scalling of Images to the square, so the thumbnail will appear the whole picture, not just pary of it?

Please, use the Custom(Włanse) thumbnail cropping, and set it so that the whole image will be visible.

Do your feature images have the same resolution?

If not, please, use images of the same size.
