Error messages and unaccessible theme areas (Templates, Offer, Portfolio, Slides, Testimonials &..)

Hi Phil,

We have been having this issue with the theme's Templates, Offer, Portfolio, Slides, Testimonials and Layouts. The same goes with Clients' section but we managed to resolve it in another way.

I can see that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.

Update it, and check if the problem persists.
