Pre-built section cannot be added

Hi everyone,

I just updated my BeTheme template, I've the version 25.1.9.1 I've a pre-built website product 4.

Even if I updated the template, I can no longer add any pre-built section when I'm in muffin edit mode. When I click on "+ insert" on a pre-built section, something seems to occur, but nothing appears.

Have you ever faced this problem ?

Hello,

Does any error message appears with the pre-built section import? If yes, can you send an image showing it, please?

If not, please, open the browser console (F12), and check if there are any errors.

Moreover, please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.
