I am using Stack: Center style, and want to justify the menu (to 100% width). I tried to change CSS with no success.

to center menu along with "Stack: Center" header style, we recommend to have a look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/170/any-suggestion-how-to-center-menu-using-stack-center where we explained how to do this. But please notice that you can't have any option on the right side activated next to menu items because otherwise this won't work.
