Can't register betheme "Your server is blocking connection to API server api.muffingroup.com"

I'm having this issue everytime i try to register Betheme on my Wordpress:

I contacted my hoster and this is what they said:

In this scenario, it is necessary to inform how the connection process is carried out.

As logs sent to the same site that there was a block to connect to host api.muffingroup.com.

In any case, it does not show how the connection in question is made, thus making a detailed analysis impossible.

If possible, validate with dev and get back to us to validate if the action in question can be performed in the shared environment in which your site is located.

Just want some help to use my registration key. I have other websites with same Betheme working on wordpress hosted in same provider that is working fine, but this one just can't.

Please, change the https:// to htpp:// in file functions/admin/assets/class-mfn-api.php, and check if the problem persists.
