Remove Previous and Next Widget Shown in blog pages?

Hello All!

Very new to betheme and the whole wp community... So pardon the perhaps very stupid question.

How do I go about removing the "previous" or "next" blog post when I am viewing a blog? I been looking tru all the options and features of the betheme admin panel and just can't figure out.

Hi,

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Navigation & Share, and uncheck the Header arrows and Sticky arrows.
