Achor links stopped working.

Hello, I need help.

All of a sudden, all anchor links stopped working. The main menu links are not leading to the corresponding section id, same with internal button links. This happenswhen I add two sections with the same section ID (one section for desktop view, and the other for mobile and tablet). How can I solve this?
