Padding above menu bar

Hi

This is my website fynsec.com

Please can you provide me with the css to add a little padding on top of the menu bar?

And secondly, I would like to align the text on left of the offer item on home page to be vertically aligned in the middle. Can you please provide CSS for that as well.

   padding-top: 10px!important;
}

2)

.offer_thumb .slick-slide .no_line{
   margin-top: 100px!important;
}
