The server does not allow me to install BeTheme

Hello,

I want to install a pre-built BeTheme to my website, but it won't load. We think it's because

the server doesn't support it. I have contacted the technical support of my hosting provider

and they ask me to write to you requesting an updated theme file that can be installed.

Could you help me?

Can you tell me what is exactly happening?

Is there any error message when you try to import the pre-built website? If yes, please, attach a screenshot showing it.

Moreover, please share with us your PHPINFO file.
