Sharing on facebook looks strange

I don't know why some posts doesn't show the the featured image and the title/text, when I try share them on facebook, for example.
Could you dive me some feedback about it?
For example, if I try share this post, everything will be ok:
http://www.canalbiociencias.com/primeiro-teste-clinico-com-celulas-tronco-ips/
If I try to share the homepage or other post, it'll be strange:
http://www.canalbiociencias.com/
http://www.canalbiociencias.com/neuronios-novos-todos-os-dias/

you should try https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-facebook-open-graph-protocol/ plugin because FB took the images and the content as they want. But with this plugin should be possible to share images and the title/text as well.
