can I use any pre-define the betheme sites to create a car sales website ?

something like this website https://leomotors.com.au/ or https://duttonone.com.au/ ?

with a basic search filter (by car brand and model) ? is this doable without customizing the wordpress backend code. or this can be achieved by woocommece + some additional plugins.
