How to change top banner and show copyright

Hello,

I installed the theme and installed a predefined theme. My development server link is: http://44.202.2.35 I have two issues:

Issue 1: I am trying to modify the top banner (see attachment), but I am stuck. Please advise how to proceed.

Issue 2: My copyright does not show up anywhere. My settings are as follows:

Please advise how to resolve these two issues.
