Wasn't there always an option in betheme settings to put your contact form in a little tab that was sticky on the right hand side of the screen, and if someone clicked on it it opened the contact form ins a slide out?

There is an option to achieve that.
Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Footer, and in the Extras put the contact form shortcode.

ah, thank you...the one place i didn't look cuz i didn't think it would be in the footer settings...doh
