Mobile version of website is wonky

Hello:
I just installed a new licensed version of BeTheme. Everything looks good on the desktop version but the mobile version is wrong. I checked out the responsive setting and it is activated. These are the things that are wrong:
no top menu
logos show up twice
images are not sized right
scrolling up and down is not working correctly
Please help.
