How can I change subdirectory names on my page, for example: about me page shows as follows, how to fix this:

http://therapies.com/muffin-builder-352/

instead of muffin-builder-352/ which set up automathically would like http://therapies.com/about-me

how to fix it?

Hi,

When you open the edit of your pages, you can change it in the sidebar on the right under the Permalink tab.
