the muffin boxes/widgets at home dissapeared from a day to another.

I'm working on a news website. I have and extended homepage with several amount of boxes and muffin widgets there. But in these days, I have this issue where the latest boxes dissapear from a day to another. So everyday I have to add them over and over again.

Sometimes those boxes doesn't take my changes inthere, like a category change in blog's box widget etc.
