For the archive page product list. It's posible to remove the hover effect from image ?

Also, there it's any wyay to make the images on product list like on this model: https://www.red.com/search ?

I just find the hover effect for image and i have disable!

It's only if it's posible to make the background of image somethink like on example red.com
