at the moment the site is not reachable outside the LAN network, i try to ask at IT department if it is possible use a reservation for support. Could you please give me your ip?

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
