Theme Options are blank
None of the theme options will load, the display is just blank.

Throubleshooting:
I've updated the theme and plugins. I've tried disabling all of the plugins. Since the betheme child was renamed to customdirect, I tried loading and activating a clean betheme child theme. None of these resolved the issue.

Did you put only a fresh copy of a child theme or parent theme too?
If it was only a child theme, can you put a fresh copy of the parent theme, and enable it, please?

I loaded both through ftp and then reactivated them in order of parent and then clean child theme. Options are still not showing up. Very bizarre.

I have noticed that you have an Advanced cache plugin in the Drop-in tab.
Did you try deactivating it too? If not, please, do that, and see if the problem persists.

So that is a must use plugin with WP Engine hosting. I can't remove it or it will just regenerate.
We host 35 websites on WP Engine with at least 22 of them using Betheme and I'm not experiencing this issue with any other site so I wouldn't think that is the problem.

Some plugin corrupts your wp-config (unfortunately, we could not determine which one), and there are missing some constants required by WP.
On the screenshot below, you can see the required constants.
You need to generate them from this link https://api.wordpress.org/secret-key/1.1/salt/ and paste them into your wp-config.
If you know which plugin could cause it, please, disable it because it may overwrite and delete them again, making theme options unusable.
If you do not know which plugin could be the root cause, please, leave only supported plugins enabled.

Thank you, I have replaced the wp_config file with a fresh copy and it resolved the problem.
I will keep an eye on it to make sure that it's not corrupted again.
