Change the color of (Send the message) SUBMIT button

Hi,

I'm using the Clinic 4 pre-built template, which has GREEN as its primary color. I am using the Contact 7 form plugin and have created a form to put on the front page of my test site:

https://nw.eagleworldwide.com/

I was able to find the input area on the BE Theme options to change the colors of the fields and placeholder texts. However, I can't find the place where I can change the color of the submit button (Send the message). The button is a light green that I'm certain is part of the default color theme of the template I chose. Thanks.

  • Hi,

The send button takes its styles from Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Buttons, and it is a place where you can change it.

    Thanks

  • I did not notice this before, thanks.

I can see that in the BE Theme and using button elements, that may be the case. However, the HEX code for the button background is a light grey from the green palette. Using the Contact 7 form, however, gives me a bright green button. I had to search Google and found a way to add a button ID to contact form SUBMIT function then create a CSS code snippet to change the color of that button, which is what I did.

If you look on the home page, you will see the blue color I gave the button with CSS

If you look at the Contact page, the button is green without any modifications. This is not the color HEX code for any of the fields in the Global Button section.

Please have a look. Thank you.
