BeTheme Update crashing

Hi Beforum support team,


I am currently running into the issue, that when I try to update the BeTheme through the Wordpress updater, the site (including admin panel) crashes.

I have been able to get the site to work again by re-uploading a backed up version of the current theme, but Updating seems impossible. (happening on detektiv-trails.com & .de )

Current version is 21.1.9 and the version to update to would be 26.0.2 (probably current version)

Please do tell me what additional information you need and how I can get this fixed / fix this.

    Hi,

    Is there any error message when you update your Betheme? If yes, please, attach a screenshot showing it.

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
