Some deprecated menus have fewer setting options

Hi,

Why is it that I can enter something in the Column Text under Style under the menu item "Deprecated", fields such as Padding/Column inline CSS and under others "Deprecated" under Background size is closed and no further selection fields are displayed? I hope you understand.
