An error occurred while updating Betheme

I am receiving this error when trying to update the theme from version 26.0.1 to 26.1. Can you please let me know how to fix it?

I have tried setting folder permissions (recursively) to 755 and file permissions to 644 (recursively) in my main public_html folder and I am still getting this error.
