Ended deliting everything even downgraded PHP version but something is wrong

A lot of settings are not working, positions, sizings, backgrounds are not working at all.


Just a quick test the preview of a background applied to the Icon Box and the area set to center the content.

Saved and the result is just the text shows up with the original size and not even on the center.

Choosing the preview also just returns a empty page.


I was thinking something was broken because PHP 7.4 downgraded back to PHP 7.3 but the behavior is exactly the same.

    I sent a email with the details needed.


    The url is iterartis.com but need to change the hosts since is not public for develop while the current one is active.

    Are you sure that you attached the correct login credentials?

    When I try to log in the message says that the password is incorrect.

    The image link you put for the background had https, but the link for the image (and your whole website is http).

    I have removed the "s" from the URL, updated the page, and it is working.

    Also, all the other settings you mentioned are working correctly. I have created a second section on that page, where I checked them.

    Moreover, I noticed that you are using caching plugins. I suggest keeping them disabled until you finish working on your website because such plugins may hold the settings, and sometimes when you make changes they can be not present on the page.

    I complete forgot everything is with LetsEncrypt but that has no certificate yet...
