I can't access license management

Hello. I have two betheme licenses and I would like to manage them. The problem is that, access to http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ I add the purchase code and my user, but it tells me the following "The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code.". I need to enter to remove the license from another website that I do not use and add it to a new website. Could you help me? Thanks!

    Does the same message appear when you put both of the licenses keys?

    Are you sure you put the user name and license key in the correct fields?

    Maybe you already deregistered these license keys, and they are ready for new registration.
