Where do I change the alignment of menu (Left aligned instead of centered) ?

some options for menu you can find under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Menu section. But if these options are not enough, then please send us url to your site and we'll have a look on your menu.

Ok. So to align menu items to left in your case, please use below css:

#Header_creative #Top_bar .menu > li > a { text-align: left !important; }
