show a smaller version of the gallery for mobile

the current gallery option when on mobile shows a column with one image at a time. When the gallery is large or when I have more than one on the same page, it makes the page too extensive for mobile.

It would be interesting to have an option to make the gallery smaller, keeping the same format as in the desktop option.
