Registration limit exceeded

I just renewed my license to be able to update it in wordpress but when I try to put the license it shows the following error:

"Registration limit exceeded. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page:"

I checked the license here on the dashboard and it says:

"Your support is valid until: September 20th, 2022"

I tried the following link and it didn't work either:

http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/
