Option to have a clickable element that opens a pop up box style text box?

Is there a way to do it where you click 'more info' on an element and it opens a kind of pop up box with text in?

You can use the popup shortcode. You can see how it works, and copy its structure from the following link:

Or you can use the shortcode generator from the Column Text element.
