Thank you for the response. I have read the instruction but still could not find the way to set the variations correctly. Please see the attached images. I want one set of attributes to be dependent on another set of attributes. In the images provided for example, one vehicle brand has many different vehicle models but these models are not shown in other vehicle brands. The other vehicle brands should have their own models. Thank you!
Currently, it is not possible to do that. However, you can set something like that:
In this case, the customer can buy a product that has both attributes "20 years" & "four", but when for example, "20 years" & "one" is selected, then the Add to cart button will be blurred.
However, we have functionality on our to-do list like your example, but I cannot tell when it will be out.

Sorry, I forgot to mention one thing you can try out if you do not use the Variation Swatches like images, colors, or labels.
Go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Shop -> General and disable Custom Variation Swatches.
