Hi,
It seems that the previous image is held by the Siteground Optimizer plugin.
Please, disable it (and any other caching plugin), refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Thanks
Now, the image I've setup inside the page for Subheader background is not appearing. I've tried in incognito mode but there is no success.
Are you using a Child theme?
If yes, please, switch to parent, and check if the display is correct.
If this will not help please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

Yes, I am working on child theme.
I switched to parent theme and correct subheader image appears. However, I prefer to use child theme as I've faced challenges in the past while working in parent theme.
How can I proceed further to fix this issue?
It seems that the image from the child theme overwrites the one you choose in the page options.
However, we do not provide help with the theme file customizations, so you will have to contact your web developer to resolve that.
