You can change it into a dot if you use the following CSS code:

.slider_pagination .slick-active a{
   width: 12px!important;
   height: 12px!important;
   top: 0!important;
   border-radius: 50%!important;
}
.slider_pagination .slick-active a:after{
 display: none!important;
}
