I reinstalled the theme but does not change anything, I always mistake

the last version, yes i re-installed file via ftp

So if you re-installed theme via FTP and you deactivated all extra plugins and addons and nothing helped, then please send us private message with access to your dashboard and FTP and we'll have a look. But please notice that we'll remove everything at all what does not come with theme.
