Post random dimensions Blog Slider

I'm experiencing a problem on the view of the Blog Slider in the main page. So first of all it "expands" the photo. I want it flat and not movable like that.. Secondly it doesn't put the picture of every post in a fix dimension, the bigger pictures appear big and the smaller ones appear small, which sounds logic but I want them to be on a fixed dimension whatever they are. Of course there is a minimum dimension but I can't find that. Finally the viewing of the picture is for some reason zooming a little bit the picture. I have put it in the flat option but it doesn't make any change.

1) Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Image frame, and select Disable hover effect.
2) To change the size of the images used in the portfolio/blog, please navigate to theme options -> blog & portfolio -> featured image.
Notice!
Remember to use thumbnail regeneration after you make your changes. Otherwise, the images will not change their size.
