Hi,

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Navigation & Share, uncheck the Header arrows, and Show all posts.

If you would like to hide the author as well, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Blog, and uncheck the author checkbox.
