Theme options just displaying white screen

Nothing happens if I click on any of the options. I just get the same white/grey screen. Any suggestions please.

    Hello,

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    I've turned off all plugins, refreshed my cache and the problem still persists. Please can you just supply me with a working version of the theme...

    Can you download the theme package from themeforest, then get into your server, go to the wp-content/themes and remove the betheme directory? After that just unzip the betheme.zip package that you downloaded from themeforest earlier?

    That version is tested, I already checked it on two different envoirments and both of them works without any issues.
