I am using the BeTheme on the website we developing for our client ( https://rajansankaran.com)

its an ecommerce website and when someone adds items to the cart, the cart does not show any indication of items added

how can i resolve this?

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins (leave turned on only core woocommerce plugin, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

I have deativated all the plugin and used the paren theme and recheked but still facing same isssue.

Do you mean this cart?:

If yes, it is placed as a menu item, and in the Header Builder you should use the Extras element instead.

If you do not find an icon you want to use on the list, you can put the name of it from this link:

https://muffingroup.com/betheme/elements/icons/

how can i resolve this?

Did you change the user credentials you sent me previously?

I tried to log in because your website has under maintenance enabled, but the login credentials did not work this time.
