Layer slider and safari issue

We have problems with a layer slider only on safari, both desktop and mobile. Seems that opening transistion cannot end properly:

No issues with other browsers.

Please, put the shortcode of the slider in the Gutenberg, switch to some free theme like Twenty Twenty, and check if the same thing happens then.

When you do that, please, tell me the results.
